Dear EGHC Member,
This
week's issue of
'THE
GRINNER'
brings you more good news on another successful weekend's hockey
as all the teams continued to prepare for the 06/07 season. This
included a fabulous 10-2 win for the EH Vets Champions and
two hat tricks from Messrs Coote and Van Asselt showing that
they're ready for business once again.
The
Ladies 2s got things underway with a fine 3-2 win over
local side Burgess Hill, and last years' victorious Badgers
showed that they still have the taste for winning as they
overcame Hailsham Millers 2-0. The Men's 1's had a long
weekend travelling to and from Chelmsford to defend their PLUM Tournament
title playing 4 national league teams over the two days. More on

Week Ahead
Men's
2ndXI training finally kicks off properly this Thursday at 7pm
so make sure you're there. If you're not sure then please
contact either Mike Holland or Julian Mills to confirm.
This
weekend sees the Men's 1's, 2's, 3's, 4/5's, Badgers and Ladies
