EGHC
Men's 1st XI continued their pre-season build up with a win
against visitors Chichester on Saturday with goals coming from Ashley
Jackson (3 x PC), Ben Payne (2 x F) and new signing Dave
de Prez (1 x F).
The Men's senior squad will travel to Chelmsford this weekend to
defend the PLUM Tournament crown which they won last year. Match
times below: -

Sat 16th Sept - 10.40 EGHC v Canterbury
Sat 16th Sept - 15.20 Chelmsford v EGHC
Sun 17th Sept - 10.40 Old Georgians v EGHC
Sun 17th Sept - 16.00 Final (?)
Spectators are very welcome to come along and support the team
in what signals the Men's 1's first tough test leading up to the
forthcoming National Premier League season...

Club Trials
EGHC
held its club trials on Saturday 9th September with many old and
new faces attending to make the day a success.
For
many it gave them a chance to blow off the cob webs, whilst
others began refining their hockey social skills. All in all, it
signalled the imminent start to what we all hope will be another
successful year for the club.
Most
teams have matches on Saturday 16th so please check the Fixtures
details on the website to see if your team is playing!
