Corporate Events

With convenient access to Gatwick Airport and the M23 and less then a mile from the nearest mainline station, East Grinstead Sports Club is the ideal location for corporate meetings and events. Set in countryside surroundings, we have a choice of two comfortable meeting rooms, the Ashdown Suite and the Lingfield Suite with Wireless Internet (WIFI) available.

Our unique indoor marquee set in the shelter of our massive sports hall is the ideal location to hold larger conferences and corporate events and can accommodate up to 500 guests. Full bar and banquet facilities are available for all rooms and there is free parking for up to 200 cars.

Our dedicated events and banqueting team will be happy to "tailor make" a package to suit your requirements.

The Lingfield Room

A spacious room with high wooden ceilings reminiscent of a hunting lodge with fine views overlooking vast green sports fields. Suitable for up to 150 people (80 seated). Access to a long balcony with seated areas.

Marquees (in & outdoor)

Contained within our massive sports hall, our unique indoor marquee is an all-year-round venue. Features a spectacular pleated canopy ceiling and moveable silk walls to cater for up to 500 guests. Ideal for large events such as weddings. Various-sized outdoor marquees also available.

Ashdown Suite

Tucked away in a secluded wing of the building, this contemporary suite is fresh and bright. Suitable for up to 120 people (80 seated). Own entrance for added privacy.
